LUXVids respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed infringements.

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content indexed on LUXVids infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification. Your notice must include: (1) A physical or electronic signature, (2) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, (3) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, (4) Contact information, (5) A statement of good faith belief, and (6) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate.

All DMCA notices should be sent to our Designated Copyright Agent. Please use the subject line 'DMCA Takedown Request' for faster processing.

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. LUXVids will process such notices in according with the DMCA requirements.

LUXVids will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
